Castles and Kingdom Mural Ideas

What a way to kickstart creativity that with your own kingdom.  Explore castles, gardens, villages, and enchanted forests with this theme.

There are many directions that you can go with this theme.  You don’t even have to remain on the ground.  Your kingdom could be in the clouds.

Below are some different ideas on how a castle theme could be created in your child’s room:

Inside the Castle Walls

Utilizing existing windows in the room and maybe some custom curtains, the castle could come to life with stain glass patterns, tapestries, armor, and royal flags.  This can make a room feel larger and more royal to a child.

Kingdom Landscapes

Going outside the castle brings more adventure that can include things like dragons, fairytale creatures, gardens, rainbows, trees and mountains, and maybe even a hedge maze that kids can try to solve!

Distant Kingdoms

The kingdom can go beyond traditional green hills.  Perhaps you can visit your favorite cloud castle or a distant kingdom similar to that from a popular Disney movie.
